2) I'm a big Babylon-5 fan, so why don't I see B5 material in the issues?
The themes and topics covered in the issues only reflect what the readers/contributors have to submit for the articles. If you are a big fan of an SF theme or topic we haven't yet covered, please consider contributing material for us to use. If you really are a loyal fan of a particular show or movie or book, then you likely have a lot of information or material to enlighten us with.
3) The DOCMaker format looks great! Why not put even more graphics all over the pages of the MSD issues?
Even though DOCMaker can handle it, the use of graphics is used sparingly because graphics inserted into the zine will significantly increase its overall file size. This means it will take a long time for most readers to download Mac Star Digest, even with high-speed modems. For the time being, keeping the file size of the issues to a moderate size is a priority. On the other hand, it's great that more people are following the trend of using even faster modems.
4) Someone told me that Issue #3 has a hidden icon surprise. Where is it?
If you read Ed Avila's nutty little fiction about an egotistical self-aware computer, you'll see the EvilMac icon. Click on it. Be sure to have your Mac's speakers turned on.
